One of Austin's four original downtown parks, Wooldridge Park's bandstand has been the site of political rallies, concerts, and celebrations for 100 years. 2009 marks the 100th Anniversary of Wooldridge Square.

Wooldridge is home to Sunday evening summer concerts sponsored by the Hartman Foundation. Austin Parks Foundation brings you knee-high chess every Saturday afternoon. You can reserve the park for events by calling the PARD reservation line, 974-6797.
