Yoga and Tai Chi in the Park

Yoga in the Park

Every Wednesday in March 2009, 12:00 - 1:00 pm

Make your lunch order a stretch and strengthen sandwich, with a side of stress reduction!

You're invited to attend free yoga classes at Republic Square Park, courtesy of Yoga Yoga. Classes will be held every Wednesday in March, Noon to 1pm.

A certified instructor will lead the class, appropriate for all skill levels. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring your own mat if possible. A few mats will be available for loan.

Who: All ages and skill levels

When: Wednesday, March 4, 11, 18 and 25.

Rain Plan: If a class is cancelled due to rain, we will announce cancellation by 11am on this page. No rain dates are planned.

Where: Republic Square Park, 5th and Guadalupe St.

Bring: Water bottle; mat if you have one. Wear clothing you can move in.

Tai Chi in the Park!

Keep your fitness routine going with free lunchtime classes in Tai Chi. A certified instructor will lead the class, appropriate for all skill levels.

When: Tai Chi for 2008 has not yet been scheduled.
