Fitness in the Park: Metz Neighborhood Park – Kickboxing
Join the Austin Parks Foundation, in Partnership with It’s Time Texas for Fitness in the Park! This series aims to encourage community-wide physical activity and positive wellbeing through engaging fitness classes.
These free fitness classes are led by certified instructors from It’s Time Texas and accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities.
This dynamic class incorporates kickboxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. All fitness levels welcome!
