
Fitness in the Park: Dick Nichols District Park (MORNING)
Join APF and Good Fight Fitness for Fitness from April 9th-May 28th for Fitness in the Park at Dick Nichols District Park!
This weekly series will run every Wednesday, with sessions in both the morning and evening. Workouts consist of a full-body strength, conditioning and agility class designed for all fitness levels. Open to anyone 18+.
Get ready to sweat! Come prepared with a water bottle, yoga/exercise mat and sweat towel (light to moderate dumbbells are optional). Classes are donation-based with a portion of the proceeds going to APF!
