
Fitness in the Park: Dove Springs District Park
Come get fit in the park! Fitness in the Park is back with a brand new spring session with our friends at Good Fight Fitness. Join APF and Good Fight Fitness on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Dove Springs District Park between March and May for a full-body strength, conditioning and agility class designed for all fitness levels. This is a donation-based class with a percentage of the proceeds coming back to APF. Please bring a water bottle, yoga/exercise mat and sweat towel to the camps and light to moderate weighted dumbbells are always optional.
Activity: 45 minute full-body strength and conditioning workout designed for all fitness levels (18+)
