Open Workday: Bartholomew District Park

Thank you for joining your friends and neighbors to give back to Bartholomew District Park! We will be supporting the health and beauty of Austin’s parkland by cleaning up the park of litter and trash.

What to bring: Please bring plenty of drinking water and wear comfortable, preferably long outdoor clothing for protection you don’t mind working up a sweat in. Sunscreen and a hat are recommended! APF will bring all other supplies and materials such as tools and gloves.

Where to meet: We will gather at 9:00 a.m. at the Playground Splash Pad at Bartholomew Park to get started. We will begin with introductions, learn about the tasks at hand, and then get started working throughout the park.

Parking information: You can find parking in the Bartholomew Park lot.

In the event of dangerous inclement weather such as lightning, hail, or strong winds/ rain, APF staff will direct volunteers to vacate the site immediately.
