We are happy to announce the newest addition to Wooldridge Square is the King & Country Food Co. airstream trailer. Wooldridge Square is one of Austin’s four original downtown parks and is located next to Travis County Courthouse and the Austin History Center at 900 Guadalupe St.
Austinite and King & Country owner, Brett Moore, has many childhood memories of playing in Wooldridge Square and is pleased to bring his passion for quality food to one of Austin’s most historic parks. Bonus: As part of the park vendor program, 10% of King & Country’s revenue goes into a fund to take care of Wooldridge Square!
Open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.-3 p.m., King & Country offers breakfast tacos, omelets, coffee, espresso-based drinks, and more in the morning, and a variety of lunch options ranging from a prime brisket burger to brussel sprouts and a smoked ham sandwich. This past year we brought in new bistro tables and chairs so there is plenty of seating for breakfast and lunch!
In 2015 our Yoga in the Park series will return to Wooldridge Square, giving you another great reason to visit the beautiful park space and enjoy a bite to eat. Stay tuned for the full yoga schedule.
