Meet the Newest Members of the APF Board
Nikelle Meade
Nikelle is a partner at Husch Blackwell and represents clients in all aspects of local government and real estate with an emphasis in land use and real estate development, public-private partnerships, procurement, and governmental affairs.
Nikelle holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was an Endowed Presidential Scholar, and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in English and Psychology and was a Texas Excellence Scholar.
She has also been recently recognized as:
- Top Women Attorneys in Texas, 2020 from Texas Monthly,
- Top 10 Central Texas Lawyers and Lawyer of the Year, 2019 from Austin Black Business Journal
- Top Austin Attorney in Land Use Environment, 2019 from Austin Monthly
Nikelle is currently Vice Chair of the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority Board of Directors. She is also the Chair of the Right-of-Way Acquisition Committee, Appointee of Travis County. In addition, she serves on the Executive Committee for the Real Estate Council of Austin.
Alex Robinette
Alex is an Austin native, Registered Architect, former Environmental and Urban Planner (Parsons-Brinkerhoff), retired professional bike racer, wife and mother of two. Alex worked on numerous architectural projects of varying types and scales for well-respected firms, and on her own, before detouring - though is still peripherally active in the design field.
Most recently, Alex has served on multiple environmental and planning boards and commissions in Texas, and often advocates at the municipal level for ecological and community protections. Nature, art and architecture integrate in all of her design work.
Alex graduated from the University of Texas architecture program, and as a registered architect is inspired by the natural world as it shapes the built environment. Alex is currently on the board of the Bamberger Ranch Preserve and is an Advisory Member of the Nature Conservancy of Texas. She is a former Pease Park Conservancy board member. Alex and her husband Robbie have two children and live in west Austin.
Bob Wynn
Bob is a highly-respected commercial real estate professional at Cushman & Wakefield with expertise in consulting and tenant representation projects such as build-to-suit, leasing, acquisitions, relocations, and site selection. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Marketing.
Bob is a former Board Member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Austin Transportation Management Association, Meals on Wheels, The Trail Foundation, Central Texas Food Bank and Center for Child Protection. Bob is also an alumni of Leadership Austin.
Additionally, Bob has been involved in the wider Austin community as a volunteer with:
- Habitat for Humanity
- Meals on Wheels
- Junior Achievement
- Austin Independent School District Mentor Program
- University of Texas Mentor Program
