This week-long celebration of all things trees runs this Saturday, October 27th through next Saturday, November 3rd. It is chock full of fun activities for the whole family. Roots & Wings Festival
Come celebrate trees, pollinators, and all creatures! We invite you to explore the outdoors, volunteer with us and celebrate at Roots & Wings. Join us at Zilker Botanical Garden on 10/27, as well as pop-up locations at parks across the city, for a combined Arbor Day and Monarch Appreciation Day.
Texas Arbor Day

Celebrate Texas Arbor Day by planting trees, learning about the importance of our urban forest, or creating your own Texas Arbor Day event!
It’s My Park Day
With 85 projects across the city, including tree care, plantings and tree parties, It’s My Park Day welcomes thousands of volunteers to care for their parks, trails and green spaces. Registration is open now for the Even better – when you give back you’ll get great deals at some of Austin’s favorite businesses!
